Raul Rodriguez, 46, had faced up to life in prison for the 2010 killing of Kelly Danaher. He will be eligible for parole in 20 years.

I agree with the outcome of this case. Even if you are unhappy with how your neighbors are you can't just go outside your home and be shoot happy.

Some of the neighbors said he already had bad relationships with others in the neighborhood so probably he has some kind of problem that is deeper than just some noise upsetting him. He will have loads of time to reflect over it in prison.
