I don't trust soy products, the ONLY soy products I take is soy milk, but not other ones because there are all kinds of chemicals and bad stuff in some of the soy product that is really not good for you!
The soy seeds are not what our body has evolved to digest. Same is with every seeded product, but most of the soy products today need a lot of processing and they are not good for the stomach. There are some research evaluations that soy products can be harmful for small children, especially on their kidneys. For me, if I was going to use a soy product, I will prefer only traditional ones like the Japanese cheese.
