Paternal age at conception may influence social development in offspring
The age of the father at the time his children are born may influence their social development, suggests a new study. My niece is 26 and she has three kids and she is a brilliant mum. I am in my early 40s and I have one small child, and I know for a fact, that if I had done it at 26, I would have been an awful mum. And now, I am more comfortable in myself and therefore my child is better for it. So to answer the question, I don't think there is any "Good" age to have children, just do what is good for you!
