No I dont, but I would love too. My wife is from German descent, and her last name (well maiden name) means 'Glass of beer'. Pretty neat, huh? I dont think it sounds angry, instead I see it as being direct and bold.
I work with a woman who was born in Germany. She has been in the US for 17 years and still has her accent. When she is working she likes to give the closing announcement an international flair by doing it in German. It sure causes some raised eyebrows from the guests in the store. I think it's cool, especially since my Grandparents were of German descent. Actually my Grandfather was from Luxemburg but he always said that was just German lite. If you hear German spoke by someone who is very fluent it is a very beautiful language.
I think German sounds like your trying to cough up a lougi/cold. (spit) Also JB the language does not sound angry. German's just happen to be grouchy and impatient people.
well, that's basically how you speak it. i've taken two years of German in high school, and i'm taking a year of it in college right now (well soon, start sept. 1st). for me, it was a hard language to learn how to speak. i've heard that spanish is alot simpler, but i'm not sure about that language either.
