My favorite scene was definitely from the first movie where Neo was "Killed" But then came back all supercharged as the one and kick the agents nine ways to [S]unday. That or the part where he fights the agent but doesn't have all the powers of "The [O]ne".

Comments: Smith and Neo has to be the classic best of the Matrix because its the first real fight scene that shows what you can do in the Matrix.
