Tsk tsk… those American style creamers are repulsive. If you do not enjoy the taste of black coffee, which you should get acquainted with as it’s the healthiest/most natural option, there are other options. Outside of the standard milk, try a little butter or coconut oil for a lactose free option. Some might say that adding half to a full teaspoon of saturated fat to your beverage is not the best idea, but provided you’re not carbohydrate loading to the eyeballs and actually exercising, there shouldn’t be an issue.
I like more French Vanilla creamer and sugar than coffee when making my cup. I have an immense sweet tooth. If I'm desperate, I can drink plain coffee, but it takes me longer than normal.
