I recently sold all of my InuYasha DVD's. There is a good reason for this. I was watching an episode with my 6 yr old niece and she was covering her eyes on the scene's that show nudity. I thought to my self, if my 6 yr old niece covers her eye's during a nudity scene then maybe I shouldn't be watching it myself. So I went and sold them I didn't care about how much I put into it or not.
My niece showed me I needed to be pickier on the cartoons that I watch. I just figure would Christ watch something that portraid nudity even if it was a cartoon. The answer came to me "NO".
But I still enjoy watching Hayeo Miazaki's Movies My favorite is Kiki's Delivery Service. Plus I watch Wolf's Rain and Yu Yu Hakisho.
I've watched the first season and large fragments of the second and, I believe, third season. My sister and I watched it on accident on a late saturday night and was hooked automatically. The only thing that I dislike about the Inuyasha series is that its never ending. I have a deep sinking feeling that the only time Inuyasha will end is when the show goes off the air.
I love inuyasha. I also love Trigun, and Cowboy Bebop. If you like those type of shows, then you should try to play a video game called Xenogears. It's an RPG turn-based PS1 game, and it has a lot of Juedo-Christianity influence. For instance: there is an area in the game where you climb a old tower called "Babel tower", and there is a Cain and Abel in the story. The people living on the planet are called "Lambs". If you are intrested, either contact me or just go to wikipedia online dictionary. It has an extensive plot, magic, moral and political conflict, and GIANT ROBOTS! The game has amazing cutscenes, not bad fighting graphics for how much gameplay is involved, and the musicial scores are amazing, too.
I have watched Inuyasha, many times, that is why my Username is Inuyasha, I don't find it very historic, but I do like the plot. How theres a future & past, the feud between Sesshomeru & Inuyasha, and how there are demons and the band of seven. I admit it's not the only Anime/cartoon show I have seen, but truly it is the best.
