Florida "Warehousing" Children With Special Needs in Institutions
As a father of son born with Down syndrome, I"m angry, sad, and hurt after reading a recent article in The Miami Herald about the State of Florida "warehousing" (yes, warehousing!) a large number of children with disabilities in "hospital-like" institutions. Ref. Source 5
