Merged Topics - Merging Threads

For a long time we often moved or merged Topics without any leads as to where Topics went to. This was bad for searches, especially from Users coming through Search Engines. I have added code today that will allow us to leave a link from the Merged Topic's origin to the place where it was Merged to. The Merged Topic will look like a Moved Topic link save that it will have a description of "[sad]Merged to Another Thread)".

Sometimes when we search we discover duplicate or similar Threads. We work to fix these over time but its not something we constantly do. We tend to drop a link back to the merged Topic or reference a more in depth Thread about the same so no one is lost or missing out.
