Satellite Radio - Page 2

I never did get why anyone would want to purchase a satellite radio when all they had to do is use the internet to get a whole range of radio connections from around the world.

Radio Satellite

For those who don't know, the two satellite companies, Sirius and XM, have merged into one company, now called, SiriusXM. They have merged their music and talk stations into one, but NOT their play-by play sport channels, like NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, so if you have XM, like I do, then you have to pay 4 MORE dollars per month to listen to the NFL, but if you have Sirius, which has the NFL, that same 4 dollars will get you the rest of the sports. That's stupid. If you are looking at getting satellite radio, then be sure to find out if you are going to listen to it a lot, like at work, or at home, and be sure that you are facing the antenna to the south, and has a clear sight of the outside, like a window, that is unobstructed. Also be warned that the company is facing bankruptcy and has an unclear future.
