Team L N Favorite Your Who
My favorite team is the Detroit Redwings. I've always liked them, since I first liked Hocky. I also like the Canadians, because they are the team that I use in all of my seasons on NHL 98.
As for a favorite player, if I had one I couldent spell their name anyway... >_><_<

The Minnesota Wild are great. We used to have the North Stars but they went to Dallas. The Wild are just starting to become a worthy team, watch for them to become the team to beat in the future.

I have to admit that hockey is one of those sports that I dont follow as religiously as I do others. If I had to pick a team it would be the NY Rangers. There is so much tradition there, and even though they havent done well in the past few years, I still root for them.

I admit I am not an avid hockey fan, but I know there are a lot of them in North America, and this cannot bode well with the fans and/or players. Other leagues like the NBA and MLB have each had strike-shortened seasons and suffered dearly for it with poor fan attendance and huge loss of revenue. The NHL is the first to cancel an entire season so we will have to wait and see what the ramifications are.
