Introduction Bruconero
I'm not the head chef and I don't manage the place. I own it. But sometimes I become the chef (I love cooking) and sometimes I become the manager (only in case of need).
I find the time because I'm not busy every single minute of my day: sometimes I tell the people what to do and just have to wait for it to be done. If is something important, I will watch them and check it over. If not, I will just post or sit with some customer and open a bottle of beer (I don't sell wine. Muslims here don't care about beer but wine and other alcoholic drinks are dangerous, just like selling pork).
Sometimes, I can just sit and browse or post with my phone, and now with the laptop, while keeping an eye on what's going on. Or I go out to make deals or visiting the suppliers and so on.
By the way, thank you
JB for your suggestions. That's something I'm already doing but here the situation is very peculiar and what's seem normal in our world is an oddity in this upside down Country. But don't get me wrong: I don't hate Indonesia. I like living here, is the biggest challenge in my life. I already got some successes (ups and downs but I'm still running my business while most of the foreigners go back home to lick their wounds after 2 or 3 years).
I'm stubborn and I will finally find the way.
