How fast can you run one mile in? If you are using a standard track then this would mean 4 times around the track or 1600 meters.

Best One Mile Run Sports & Fashion Music Movies
In junior high, I ran a mile in 5:40. That's my fastest. Today, I run real slow. i run 2 miles in 22 minutes so i guess 11 minutes for 1 mile. I suppose if I knew I was just running one mile, maybe I could break the 10 minute barrier again. My son just graduated from high school and was on the track team. He was able to run a mile in about 4:45
