What about the possibilities of a part 2 to this film? Is the concept of 'pay it forward' alone good enough for a sequel or was it centered around the kid mostly?

I think, for me, it was centered around the kid. I am not sure I could enjoy a part two. I suppose it might be interesting to see the Mom and the teacher struggle to come to terms with things. Maybe some ultimate pay it forward in the end to benefit them and make everyone live happily ever after. So, I guess it would be possible, but since the original wasn't a big box office hit, it is unlikely.
