FLDS On Polygamy & Children Being Taken
What are your views after this interview?
My view is that they perfectly know what age they are allowed to marry but they tried to avoid answering it as much as they could. Nevertheless, being live on a tv interview shows how desperate they are, as any mother would be in a similar situation.
Utah Supreme Court order buys more time for FLDS to plead case
SALT LAKE CITY - A Utah Supreme Court justice has issued an order granting a request by the Fundamentalist LDS Church for a motion of emergency relief in regard to the sale of dairy cows and a "sacred" parcel of land. Attorneys for members of the polygamist sect filed the request Tuesday, asking that their petition be granted by a justice or that the amount of time for responses to be filed on their petition be shortened. What is bothering is the fact that if this "rounding up" of children and mothers is allowed. Imagine you living in a town of 5000 people and all of a sudden all the children and many mothers are picked up and hauled off. This country just would not stand for it. But because of the fact that these people are FLDS they get away with it. Is that not "profiling"?
Also, what is the chance of you picking a neighbourhood in any city and round up 425 kids and see how many have been molested, raped, verbally abused etc etc.
I am amazed about the few cases that came out of this.

Comments: Why do the women dress that way with their hair so high in the air? Also they seem to be a bit robotic like if they are told what to say and fear saying anything they shouldn't.
I guess with all the negative publicity the FLDS have taken a new approach: Polygamy Tours.
