Well I know that whenever I go it's my time. I'm going to live as healthily as possible so that I know that when I have a heart attack or a stroke or something that's my time to go. I'm not afraid of death but I won't quicken it either. I will fight to stay alive if I'm bleeding and I need help. I think this study just shows people who are scared and really care about doing all the things that God has planned for them.
That's weird how did they come to that conclusion. I mean doesn't everyone want to live?
Yes everyone wants to live but some people want to live more than others. Take a murder or a thief. They know where they are going and they do not want to die because they do not want to go there. While a god loving person who is spreading the word is wanting to spread the world to others is not afraid to die but does not want to because there are soo many people yet to be reached out to.
Every one of us has our own reasons for wanting to stay alive longer. Does that mean we fear death? I do not think many do fear death as they know it is coming to them sooner or later. It is just our travels through life that prepare us for the crossing or passing from this life. Some meet this time with apprehension while others embrace it.
Yeah well they are saying that its the religious person that wants to avoid death the most. I think maybe because they lived bad lives and they knew they could be doing more. But a person can be religious but not a good person or even really religious they just say that they are for whatever reason.
I did not know we are in a state of perpetual sin? I mean I don't feel like just my very existence is sin.
