Boston Fed's Rosengren Surprised Housing Market Hasn't Bounced

Hello! Why are they surprised? You talk to most people on the streets and they are still having a hard time making ends meet with the cost of oil going through the roof it is only going to get worse. Hopefully we will see a recovery somewhat before the end of this year.
I agree no shock here I just fear we will follow suits. Though the experts predict Canada is going to big less hard but for a longer duration then the stats. Us 2 years the stats one. I think it will be longer though with the cost of oil and food being unstable.
