After the meal as all the gear is being spread across the dining table, Durgan sees four more wands he hadn't noticed.
"Oh! These were in the last room I think," Durgan says. "Could you check what they are, Lady Mithalindre?"

"You only wanted the coinage m'lady? Or perhaps those Boots of Elvenkind or one of the wands interest you?".
Lady Mithalindre holds two wands out to Durgan. "I believe these will be to your use as they are wands of cure light wounds. I do not know how many charges they have but I know they will assist you. This one I will keep as it is a wand of fireballs. You would not be able to use it. The other wand is interesting to say the least.as it is a wand of magic detection. The command words on the cure light wounds is heal and the magic detection is magic. I am sure you can find a use for them.".
"Thank you for that," Durgan replies. He holds on to all 3 wands, the Boots of Elvenkind, Helm of Brilliance, +2 Scale mail and some mudane items like the caltrops, oil flasks and wine.
If Zork plans to head out for the week, Durgan can take care of selling the gear they acquired. The necklaces have to be brought to the guard and Durgan makes a mental note to ask Lady Estari if the jewellery given last time was returned to its owners.
Zork gets busy making preparations for the rehabilitation of the fort. It hopes for it to also make money to pay for itself by setting up a market and people to move in from other parts. He will inquire setting up an in and lodgings which will be good for travelers stopping by.
Out of Character: What's the total gold I need to put out now to fix it back to how it was, a strong metal gate and to call it mine?
Out of Character: Thanks. Zork pays the 2,300 and call's it "Zork's Neck of the Woods" with a subtitle of "Safe Haven for Travelers". He then goes about looking for those who would be interested in establishing an in, tavern, bakery, etc.
Out of Character: What kind of taxes do people normally pay in the city?
After a night and half a day of rest and a long bath, Durgan places his portion of the coins in his secret room with the rest.
When the Lady Mithalinre is leaving, he waves goodbye and asks where she is going or where she can normally be found.
The remainder of the day Durgan spends polishing the found gear, cleaning off any blood, dirt and flesh on it. He goes to a few blacksmiths just to check if they're willing to buy any weapons, and the same with the town guard and mercenary companies.

Out of Character: For my records how many oil flasks, bottles of wine were there? I have taken a total of 150 individual caltrops as well. Updating character now.
And Txtrpg, are you sure you don't want Zork to have the +1 Shield as well?
Oh yeah, and how about experience?
