The party decides to head north up the overgrown road. Coron and Micaiah in the lead and Durgan and Sessativa in the rear. They travel until the sun begins to set or they find something of interest, keeping their eyes open and listening for any signs of danger.
Sessativa and Micaiah both have a uneasy feeling come upon them as you travel the unused road. You can not place where the uneasy feelings are coming from just that they are there. It is getting to be late afternoon. Do you plan to stop and make camp soon?
Out of Character:: I will need a D12 and D6 roll for each character action as your now in deeper woods and more things are about.
The party continues waking along the path well into the evening. No torches are lit, unless there is no moonlight through the trees.
Coron d12= 12, d6= 5
Micaiah d12= 5, d6= 3
Sessativa d12= 7, d6= 1
Durgan d12= 4, d6= 1
Durgan and Coron charge the spiders closest to them as Durgan yells a battle cry, "Foul beasts will show us no mercy! So, WORD! Hit them before they get us." Micaiah reacts lightning quick as her bow was already at the ready when she started having a sense of uneasiness. She quickly releases a bolt at the closest spider to her, reloading and making her way to stand by Sessativa's side. While all of them are pouncing on the spiders Sessativa casts her spell Ray of Frost at the closest spider to her, then readies her quarter staff and attacks fiercely.
Out of Character::
Corons rolls: d20 =13, 18 modified Damage rolls: 7, 6 modified.
Durgans rolls: d20= 3,3
Micaiah is unsure of what to roll for her attack and damage die.
Sessativas rolls: d20= 15-1=14, 20-1=19 Damage rolls ? Was unsure of what my attack die was again so I rolled a d6 and a d8
D6= 3-1=2,2-1=1 d8= 3,3
For some reason when I tried to look back on our previous battle with the bandits all our rolls for the battle and actions have disappeared?
