As the dogs head through the openings to the north and to the south you hear them growl and let out a bark before you hear the sounds of them attacking something.
I will need combat rolls for the dogs. Which way you going to go to help? You did not get any searching done in the room.

The Chainbreaker says... Durgan says, "I've got this side covered." He goes into the north corridor, helm lit (Or if it's not, he lights it. Tell me if I need to use an opal).
Sessativa slowly advances south, quarterstaff raised to attack. If Zork joins her that way, she tries to stand behind him.
Out of Character: I'm not ready to attack without knowing what's going on, depite trying to watch over the dogs on both sides.

The Swift Sword says... Zork curses being interrupted and turns to the south first to see what's there with bow in the ready.
Out of Character: Its a lot of rolls so did it x6 this time.

Looking into each room to the north and south you see two dogs attacking two spiders in each room. These spiders are large like the ones you fought just a bit ago. The spiders miss the dogs in the south room and one dog is bitten in the north room causing 6 damage to dog D. He needs to make a saving throw.
Zork misses with his attack Durgan and Sessativa can attack. The dogs in the south room one hits one misses causing one spider 5 damage. The dogs in the north both hit causing 8 damage to each spider.

The Swift Sword says... "Get them!" Zork shouts as he assists in the battle.
Out of Character: I think I have more than enough rolls for the next round right?

The Chainbreaker says... With so few targets, Durgan decides to save his spells and goes in with his mace.
Sessativa circles around the side of the dogs, so Zork can have a clear shot, then brings down her quarterstaff repeatedly.
Durgan Results:
- Mace Attacks on D20 (+2): 6, 3, 8 (3 rolls)
- Mace Damage on D8 (+2): 9, 7, 7 (3 rolls)
- Quarterstaff Attacks on D20 (+0): 15, 14, 8 (3 rolls)

Next round the dogs to the north both miss The spiders both miss the dogs. Durgan misses but Sessativa hits for 1 point damage. Zork misses again, the dogs on the south side one bites a spider for 5 damage. The spiders one misses dog A but dog B gets bit for 8 damage. Need saving roll for him.
Round three - The dogs on the north both bite their spiders one for 8 damage and one for 7 damage. The spider that dog C was fighting is now dead. The spider on dog the is still alive. The spider bits dog the for 8 damage. Saving throw needed. The dogs on the south side dog A bites and kills the spider on it while dog B misses. The spider misses dog B. Zork, Durgan and Sessativa all miss.
Round four need more attack rolls for the dogs. Plus from Durgan and Sessativa.
