"Sorry about that," Durgan apologises. "There's no way we're getting through here without unlocking it."
He returns to the barred door, unbarring and opening it before proceeding upstairs, warily looking around for more traps. Sessativa brings up the rear.
As you head up the stairs you can see a curve to the walls. You determine that you are in the north tower now. At the top of the stairs is another door. IT is not locked and opens easily. Inside you see a sparse appointed room with a table and chair and a book case with some books and other items.
Durgan beckons everyone in, then he and Sessativa begin searching as usual, looking for clues as to the building's former use and its residents.
Zork, not much of a book man himself, stands at the doorway while he tells his dog to look around. He. If nothing is found or 'activated' he goes over to where a window might be to see where his horse and other dogs are now.
"Not really," Durgan replies ."These books are teaching me more about this area that I'm rather new to. But nothing about this tower."
He heads towards the door and checks it, before asking "Ready?"
Out of Character: Also, I looked back to page 170 where I used 6 wand charges (Total 21). Durgan, Sessativa and dog C should be fully healed. Zork seems to have taken no damage.
