When Sessativa get to the alleyway she can see it travels straight through to the next street over and there is another alleyway straight across that. She can see the guard turning right onto a street after the second alleyway.
Zork walks his horse to Durgan's house. When he gets there he turns and sees that Durgan is no longer with him. Durgan you need to roll four d12's.
Sessativa gives chase, not bothering to avoid touching people as she crosses the street. She sprints through the second alleyway to the corner the guard was at and turns right, looking around for signs of movement or recent passage.
Sessativa needs to roll a D12 and D6 to see if she sees anything.
Durgan you feel your horse stop. A kind voice asks you if you need some drink?
Zork you need to roll a D6 to see if you can spot Durgan?
Out of Character: Yes he would be safe there but you never mentioned that you were taking the reins to lead the horse.
Durgan replies, "No, thank you. I'm afraid I don't recognise your voice nor can I see you. I'll be fine with my own waterskin. Sessativa, can you see who the nice fellow is?"
But there is no reply as Sessativa searches the alleyway.
Zork spins around speaking to himself in an annoyed way, "Wait, did I forget the blind man?" He back tracks looking for him.
Durgan The voice says, "Oh so you can not see me. Well let me help out since you are at such a disadvantage." You can hear at least one person loosening the straps on the horse.
Sessativa sees the guard duck down another alleyway a block and a half ahead of her going to the left.
Zork does not see Durgan where he last saw him.
"Is this Candle Street? Did I make it home already?" Durgan asks. "Well, thank you. Are Zork and Sessativa already inside?"
Meanwhile, Sessativa continues to give chase, hoping that her light elven steps will be drowned out by the noises of the city, but not moving slowly either.
