Durgan attempts to save the man by casting Cure Lights Wounds off the wand he has (11th charge used).
Out of Character: Clarification here. IS she activating the key of servitude? If so I will post what happens when she does. Currently Zork can not come to the kitchen he is outside standing to the side as the guards are ready to enter the house. Durgan is able to save the man. Yes she tells Sessativa she does know where Lady Estari is at. She tells Sessativa in a very soft whisper.
Zork tries to have a listen as to what is going on while eyeing the guards to see what sort of fighters they appear to be.
Out of Character: I updated my shield to +3 and gave my +1 to Durgan.
They appear to be well experienced fighters probably around same level as you while the sergeant is even more experienced. They have standard issued shields, long swords, and splint mail armor.
You need to update your hit points while you are at it Zork I think you should have more than 10.

Durgan will lead everybody into the garden if the guards request it as they come in. He tries to follow any reasonable commands, but watches in case they try to pocket anything.
When the guards come in the will separate everyone into separate rooms. They keep Zork outside. They wil question everyone as a couple of them remove all the dead out of the house. They will ask Sessativa, Durgan and Zork for their statements. They do not try to take anything from the house besides the bodies.
Respond with you statements.
Durgan begins explaining how he bought this house and uses it as a meeting place and chapel to Trithereon. He mentions that he gained a windfall of wealth from adventuring, which could be a motive. Hie recollection is rather technical, "There was a crash and I rushed downstairs. I saw the bodies of my followers and I had to defend them with a spell. I then moved to the parlour and dining room and subdued the attackers with my mace. I tried to save as many lives as I could, unfortunately all of them succumbed to their wounds though I didn't want to kill them outright. I healed as many of my flock as I could."
Sessativa takes a more personal tack, "We were talking upstairs, Durgan, Zork and I, when we heard a loud crash. Rushing downstairs we saw strangers in our house just killing our guests everywhere. I ran to hide in the kitchen, but one was there. I fought with him to defend my friend and stabbed him with my short sword. Once he was down I stayed there.
This is completely unjustified and unprovoked, I don't know why these strangers would burst in and just start killing. They're monsters! They didn't demand anything - no terms, only death." She wipes the tears welling in her eyes.
Zork explains that when they first entered the town a few days ago some roughians immediately tried to take advantage of Durgan as a blind man. The old man was taken to the authorities (Zork reminds them of this) and comments that this may be revenge because of it. He then explains how a mob was formed and started to ransack the place and that they were merely defending the place.
