The Chainbreaker says... "My apologies for the second time," Durgan says. "Once for bowing to the wrong lady and now for the faux pas of assuming you wanted to be rid of the wizard.
"Dispelling and quashing dark magic has been taught to me for years as a neophyte. Despite whatever his power, we should be able to match and defeat him. I do not mind using low tactics like setting an ambush or targeting him directly. I'm just worried about his guards mostly. Would they remain loyal to him after his death?"
Sessativa adds, "I'm sure I can get us in, but probably not out."
Durgan looks at Zork and asks, "Are you going to take the challenge?"

She looks at you and states, "Getting to him will be hard and I believe that yes his guards will remain loyal as he has more than one heir. I would suggest going to the Earl and talking to him about this issue. Getting to the earl is not easy but I can give you a writ to get past his guards and a audience with him. He owes me a few favors. I know that the council man has good warriors out in the wilds to stop any messages getting to the Earl until he has the strength for direct conflict with the Earl. Teleporting in will not work as there is a spike in side the earls stronghold keeping that from happening."

Lady Estari will look at Zork, "I can not make armor any better as I am not a blacksmith but if you as a black smith to work certain metals it can improve your armor. Plus full plate will help you a lot too. Must good blacksmiths can make you a set in a month or so that will fit you well." Turning to Durgan and Sessativa, "The message will be a introduction of you and news of what is going on at town. HE needs to know of what is going on before he is caught unaware. I pray you can make it to him where so many have failed."
