Zork rides to a point where he can see over the crest of the hill, Gell gets low to the ground to where he can see over the crest of the hill after tying up his mule. Durgan stay a bit behind but at the ready.
Looking over the hill you see the cook fire sitting there with a large piece of meat cooking. You see four tents arranged in a semi circle facing the cook fire. You do not see anyone around and the tent backs are facing you. On the other side of the tents you see two wagons and four horse's cobbled together.
Zork dismounts and beckons his horse back a little. The party update Durgan and agree to wait to observe the camp. Zork and Gell hide up ahead, Dugan stays mounted and moves to where Zork was, so he can just observe the camp while only reveling his head above the crest of the hill.
They wait in silence until the meat over the campfire burns or someone in the camp gets up.
Out of Character: No definite action, just a few questions. Was the figure human sized? Does this hill give a good view of the road to the south like the bandit described? Is it the hill the bandit pointed out yesterday or do we not know?
The party discuss their next action quietly, and decided to wait longer, to gather more information. We will wait until the strangers are well into eating their meal.
You see what appears to be the same person go back out and remove the meat from the fire and disappear back out of sight. He figure returns shortly afterwards and adds a couple more sticks of wood to the fire. Once again it disappears out of site. For the next ten minutes you see no other movement.
