Zork relay the information to Durgan. Then they offer the information they have: that the bandits are located on a hilltop, the number slain in their skirmish, the weapons they used and their flanking tactics. They try to formulate a plan while waiting for night to fall.
Lady Mithalindre will tell you that yes they have a outpost at the top of a hill to the south of here but not being behind their walls she can not tell you the lay out of the fort or hideout or the exact number of people inside. This is why she just paid to be left alone.
We agree to rest for the night at their camp. Tomorrow will begin with scouting for the enemy and checking their defenses.
The night passes quiet and you get a nice night of sleep. In the morning you hear the girls moving about and getting things ready for the days travel. Lady Mithalindre will wait for you to get up before asking you what plans did you have in mind for the bandits?
Zork is amazed at the discipline of these women and finds himself looking tardy in arising after them.
Zork takes interest in what she asks and in turn asks, "First, you sound like a woman of wisdom, how would you approach the bandits?"
Durgan prays for new spells as the others pack up the camp.
At Zork's question he adds, "We need more info before forming a plan. But right now we don't even know your abilities."
The lady Mithalindre says, "Yes, knowledge is always good when one seeks to form a plan. I can tell you that they have a stronghold at the top of a hill that has wooden walls. What is beyond the walls I do not know. As far as my talents I am a initiative of the sixth circle."
She goes back to directing the girls in loading the two wagons so they will be ready to continue their journey.
Zork and Durgan don't know what her title means but don't show it as the continue to discuss a plan.
They come up with ideas such as pretending to be bandits with the lady as prisoner, harassing and retreating, arming the most capable girls with bows or letting them use their own spells, and again disguising Durgan as a bandit with Zork as prisoner instead.
Durgan likes the last 2 ideas and they ask the lady for her input and if she can offer the most capable girls.
The Lady tells you the girls are untrained in any weapons.so they will not be able to fight in any way. She will not put them in any danger. They do know a defensive spell of shield. She dislikes any plan that would expose the girls to any type of danger. She does tell you if you can get the bandits in one area she can deal with them harshly.
