While waiting for the cloud to disperse Zork finds his horse to have a few nicks but nothing major. He also gathers the studded leather, small shields, short swords, and short bows in a pile inside the keep. Zork also finds the following on the bodies. 73 gold, 147 silver and 219 copper. You can see 36 dead bodies inside the keep walls and the 8 that were burnt outside. Leaving a total of 42 killed plus you see 10 bodies inside the stronghold itself. While the cloud is still there you will have to wait to see if there are more alive or not. The Lady finds a clear place to relax and wait.
After the tem minutes has passed you can the bodies inside the stronghold. They are not moving and checking on them you find them to be lifeless bodies. The room is 50 foot deep by 50 wide and across the entry door you see a door that is shut.
Zork suggests that the Lady deserves the loot considering the amount of damage she did it made Zork and Durgan's work look like a joke. He asks the lady, "Are the girls safe?"
Then he looks for a way to open the door, if not he will attempt to burn it down from outside.
Durgan sees Zork inspect the wounds on his horse. He offers to heal it at the end of the day and he checks his own horse for wounds.
He will also deal with his own injury later.
He agrees with giving the money to the lady, he is more interested in jewellery that can be returned or magical items.
"Fire will take too long," Durgan says at the door. He hefts his mace "That's why I have this friend."
If the door's locked, he swings his mace right at the centre.
You are able to open the door inside the room. When the door opens you see a 20 foot wide by 10 foot high corridor that runs straight east into the hill as it slopes downward. The corridor is lit to allow people to walk freely. You can see that 60 feet ahead of you is a four way intersection.
Out of Character: Did not get an answer about the lady and the girls. Maybe we should invite her in or even bring the girls out of hiding up to here where we can check on them.
