You turn to the right and see that the passageway remains a constant 20 feet wide as it travels 90 feet before there is a passage that is also 20 wide heading to the left as the passage you are following continues another 30 feet before turning to the right. You do not see anyone in the hallway or hear any noises.

The Swift Sword says...Zork then carefully explores the area prodding with his weapon before taking a step or touch anything, in other words he does not use his foot or hand first but his weapon. He does this until there is something worthwhile to investigate.
