Durgan wipes the sweat from his brow, as he looks at the bodies glumly. He bends down first to check their pulses and administer first aid if still alive (Obviously not the one that was fighting Zork). While down there he searches them looking primarily for patches, symbols or rank but also laying out all the other things they carried.
"My, that was a tiring fight. I feel sorry for them, but they should've known to give up. I guess we have this to thank," He knocks on his plate armour. "I only got a single scratch in that fight."
"You mentioned you sensed magic my lady. Is it still here? Is it one of the items?"

The magic she senses is in this room and on the three men. The main one is the one she took out with the lightning bolt. "I sense that his armor, shield, sword, helm and boots are magical. He seemed to me to be the leader of this group. These two have magical swords but they did not seem to help them much."
Searching the room you find three suits of scale mail armor. Three long swords that are very nicely crafted. Three medium steel shields and each has a dagger. Searching the room you see that it is longer than it is wide with six bunks inside. Each bunk has a chest at the foot of the bed and each has a desk and chair by the head of the bed. Each desk has a lamp and chair. You will find the following.
3 necklaces of gold with a gem pendant one blue, one green and one amber.
350 gold, 275 silver, 487 copper. 320 platinum. Other than this you find common items like rope, oil flasks, rations, back packs, sacks, spikes, poles, practice swords, padded armor, water skins and bottles of wine.
"Well, well," Durgan says. "Looks less like bandits and more like organised mercenaries training a private army. I'm glad we could stop them when we did, but we haven't finished yet. We have to clear out the rest of this building upstairs."
"I think we should bring the necklaces to the authorities again. No doubt these are stolen. I am most interested in the magical helm and boots for myself and a few of these."
Durgan packs a week of rations into his backpack, and says, "We will need to bring the wagon up here, and leave the treasure by the front door."
Are there any important notes on the desks?
Zork is surprised how easy that was, but then again what did he do? The Lady did everything and could have probably done without Zork and Durgan being there. He looks to the Lady and says,
"My Lady, select what you and the girls need, this really is all your work... And the girls probably will need a lot to start over again."
He steps back to allow her the picks.
Durgan bites his lip but says, "That will be fine."
He instructs everyone to carry what they can upstairs leaving it at the top step. From there, they have to clear out the rest of the building, so he leads along the curving corridor then takes that first turn right (On the first floor).
