Durgan shouts a warning to Zork and the clerics, "They're trying to flank you! There!" He points to the movement he noticed and runs towards it.
To start, Durgan casts a Bless spell when in range allowing allies +1 to attack and damage rolls. Then he enters melee with his mace.
Attacks: 15+2+1 =18
Damage: 5+2+1 =8
Out of Character: I do not know if I have bonuses for this game so I'm just showing the rolls alone. I also do not know the damage for a broadsword so I used the d6.
Attack: 13, 18
Damage: 1, 2
A 15 strength has no modifier, but you do get the +1 from the bless spell. It looks like a broadsword does damage between 2-8, which doesn't have it's own die. I assume a d8 rerolling ones.
The rules are hard to find online, however second edition is similar enough if you find those rules.
If you can, please do the posts for this combat. I'm busy this week. Do include a d6 initiative.
Durgan runs to join the fray, mace held high. He uses his position to tactically come at them from the side. "Sorry, should have seen them earlier," He says to Zork.
Using the attack from last round and two new ones:
Attack(+2+1 added): 18, 5, 8
Damage(D8+2+1): 8, 10, 6
Out of Character: Actually, a 2-8 refers to 2d4 I just read. My mistake.

Out of Character: Hey, you going to select a character too? Also, good thing you reused the roll because your other rolls don't look too good.
