Durgan sits back down, defeated, "I have no choice but to believe you. It's a shame you know nothing about it. I would like this mystery solved and the guilty to be punished as soon as possible."
"Unless you two want some kind of grander adventure, I would like to start with this. Best to make the roads safe first, so we don't get robbed when we return laden with treasure."
Out of Character: It should be fine, the rule isn't strict. The only issue is KNtoran reads everything over there, if there's something that's not important to tell the GM, it should be posted here.
Zork, who seems lost in thought probably still thinking about his dream, nods and says, "Yes, sure, anything..."
"All we have is a note," Durgan replies. "That said something along the lines of 'four heading east'. I don't actually have the note, it's with the town guard who are investigating. So far we know it was not written by the man targeting us, but a scribe. Hopefully we can cooperate with the guard when they find out who hired that scribe."
"It's not much, but that's all we know..."
"You are mistaken, MorgThal", Durgan replies. "I didn't mean one guard. I meant the town guard as a collective. They're helping me at the moment."
Zork just looks on at the conversation then sometimes checks out the barmaid as she talks comparing her to the beauty in his dreams, then goes back to the conversation.
